JLL has published Investment Intensity Index data from 2014 to 2016.

The results are obtained by comparing direct investment in the commercial real estate market to the economic size of specific regions.

The index considered 150 cities, the final list included 30. The dominant positions were taken by European and North American cities.

Seven European cities are in the top ten of the rating. Of these, Munich and Frankfurt are in 3rd and 6th place.

Moscow, in turn, is on the 91st line of the rating.
