A representative of Prime Germany Estate is present during the execution of the transaction, additionally controlling the progress of the process, simultaneously translating and explaining each stage of registration.

In cases of a language barrier, a qualified translator is invited for registration.

The cost of notary services is within 1.5% of the value of the buying property.
